We would love to be given the opportunity to provide you with a project estimate. We will attentively listen to your request and requirements for your individual tastes, likes, and dislikes. We will give you an estimated dollar amount that you could expect to pay for the project you describe to us.  For this we charge nothing.

 

Irrigation, drainage and lighting estimates are done at no charge unless extensive drawings are required. 

 

If you request extensive drawings and detailed estimates we charge a minimal fee to cover our time(avg. $100-200).  We do deduct this fee from the invoice if you choose to hire us. 

 

Our one request before creating drawings, it that you discuss with your spouse or dog or whoever a certain budget that you need to stay within.  And no that is not for us to squeeze every penny out of you, but just to make sure you get what you want.
